Casale Farnia, with its cozy spaces furnished in rustic Umbrian-Tuscan style, invites you to relax and experience unforgettable moments. Outside, our large garden with a pond, pergolas and a beautiful swimming pool will offer you the perfect place to enjoy the view and contact with nature.

The mansion
Casale Farnia offers 240 square meters of comfort and tradition, spread over two floors furnished in authentic Umbrian-Tuscan rustic style. The rooms are cozy and perfect for accommodating up to 6 people, thanks to two elegant double bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, and a lovely room with two single beds on a loft. Three modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room ideal for relaxing complete the interior space.
The exteriors
Outside, Casale Farnia opens onto a world of peace and beauty. A 20-square-meter porch and a 45-square-meter pergola provide perfect spaces for admiring the garden or hosting outdoor dinners. A pizza oven and barbecue with fireplace make every evening special. The 15,000 sqm garden is a green oasis with a romantic pond adorned with water lilies and lotus flowers. The swimming pool (6x12 meters), surrounded by a pergola with table and chairs, is ideal for relaxing during hot summer days, providing a cool and peaceful touch.

If you are looking for a place to retreat from the world and contemplate nature totally undisturbed, the farmhouse will not disappoint. If you want to feel at home right away, as much as you are a guest, the farmhouse will welcome you as if you have lived there forever, with its bright, spotlessly clean and well-appointed rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and porches that invite you to sit and eat outside. Pool, garden, orchard, and views of the surrounding hills sealed the deal for a truly positive experience in every way.
The only problem was leaving this paradise and returning to town! Special thanks to the hosts who chose to share a space that gave us the impression of having been built over time with great love.

Extreme kindness of the owners to accommodate our every need. We were guests in a farmhouse nestled in the quiet of the Umbrian hills. Furnished with taste and attention to detail. Towel kit arranged with the elegance of a hotel. Very welcome bottle of prosecco and small souvenir of Deruta. The exterior is also very nice and cozy. The pool is very nice, equipped with deck chairs and towels. A piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The house has so many special features for you to enjoy and especially the pool areas which is large, clean and suitable for the whole family. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating.
